The Columbia Presbyterian Preschool is established as a ministry of Columbia Presbyterian Church (P.C.A.). As such, the Preschool shall operate under the authority, oversight, and direction of the Session of Columbia Presbyterian Church, and shall be specifically supported by the Preschool Ministry Team.

 

1. To implement and maintain a Christian worldview, philosophy, and education for Columbia Presbyterian Preschool.
2. To establish operating policies, budgets, and maintain the staff and facility needed to carry out the ministry.
3. To make monthly visits to the various classes and programs to ensure that the educational program and policies are being carried out. 
4. To evaluate the needs of the Preschool whether in physical equipment, building maintenance, staff improvement, or scholastic quality, and to make necessary changes; to include alterations to the building inside or out.
5. To serve in an advisory role for the Director in their selection of staff.
